Many unanswered questions after a traffic accident in Aigen/Ennstal: An 82-year-old Styrian was apparently involved in a collision with two cars with his e-bike and died on the spot.
The 82-year-old was on his e-bike on the R 7 cycle path around 2 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon. In Aigen he apparently wanted to cross the L 742 in the direction of Döllach. There may have been a collision with a 17-year-old car driver who was driving on the state road in the direction of Aigen and a 44-year-old driver who was driving her vehicle in the opposite direction to Wörschach. The summoned emergency doctor could only determine the death of the man. The two car drivers were also injured and taken to the LKH Rottenmann. The police have not yet been able to question the two women (both also from the Ennstal), which is why precise information on the course of the accident is not yet known. The investigation is ongoing.
