CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES (CBI, Euronext Growth Paris: FR0014007LW0, ALCBI) announces today that it is advising the Cornucopias project. This agreement is part of AlphaVerse’s strategy to bring its expertise to other virtual world projects.
As compensation, CBI is entitled to 0.5% of the Cornucopias (COPI) tokens issued, i.e. 19.2 million Cornucopias tokens. CBI is also entitled to 1% of the capital of Cornucopias Technology PTE. Ltd, the company created to develop the Cornucopias project. Shares of Cornucopias Technology PTE. Ltd are in the process of being transferred and, pending the completion of this transfer, these shares of Cornucopias Technology PTE. Ltd were valued on the basis of 1 Euro in CBI’s financial statements as of September 30, 2022.
