CBo Territoria finalizes the transfer to SHLMR / Action Logement of 133 residential lots located in Beauséjour
This transaction is a continuation of the transfer protocol signed in 2019 with SHLMR / Action Logement, which is gradually acquiring the residential assets held by CBo Territoria. The agreement concerns three residences delivered in 2015 and 2016 located in
Beauséjour,
first sustainable city of reference in a tropical environment.
Taking into account these transfers,
CBo Territoria owns 79 residential lots as of December 31, 2023.
