CBo Territoria has signed an agreement with Ilop Runion, represented by Stphane Andr, aimed at the acquisition by the latter of 40% of the outdoor activities of the group, of which he has been Director since 2007. Stphane Andr is the founder of Ilop Runion, a events and communication, notably in charge of communication for the Grand Raid.
“The group renews its confidence in Stéphane André, who has already been in charge of the three structures for many years and is counting on his entry into the capital via his company ILOP Runion, to contribute even more actively to the development of these activities, which in 2021 represented a turnover of business of 3.5 million euros,” said Eric Wuillai, CEO of CBo Territoria.
Previously fully consolidated, the Outdoor division will be accounted for using the equity method in the accounts from June 30, 2022 with effect from January 1, 2022, following the sale of 40% of the shares of the three operating companies to SARL Ilop Meeting.
