“We are at an important stage in terms of procedure where the law requires justice to take stock after a year, to provoke a summons, a contradictory debate, added Me Emmanuelle Franck, another lawyer for the main suspect. We will see what the decision will be, but we already know that both the prosecution and the defense have been heard.” As a reminder, since his imprisonment and his placement in pre-trial detention, five requests for release have been refused by the judge of the investigating chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal. The new magistrate can therefore release him or decide to extend his detention for an additional six months. Cédric Jubillar will soon be fixed.
