Cédric Jubillar: this letter he received from his children

The three lawyers of Cédric Jubillar confided in the columns of Figaro this Thursday, January 6. They mentioned a letter received by their client from his children.

He was happy. Delphine Jubillar has not been found since December 16, 2020. The young woman has disappeared in Cagnac-les-Mines in the Tarn and has not given any sign of life since. Research continues but no clue has allowed us to discover what may have happened to him. The main suspect in this case is her husband, Cédric Jubillar. He was indicted for “intentional homicide of a spouse“on June 18, 2021 and has been imprisoned in Toulouse-Seysses prison ever since. The father of the family never stop proclaiming his innocence and hopes to regain his freedom soon. His three lawyers confided in the columns of Figaro this Thursday, January 6. They have evoked letters received by their client. “He received mail from his children “, they said before adding: “Everything happens through social services.” Messages which pleased the principal concerned since, as a reminder, he had no no contact with Louis and Elyah for many months. A very difficult situation for the father of the family. “He spent the holidays alone, in isolation, without his children, for a crime he did not commit “, added Maître Alexandre Martin, before ensuring that “it’s extremely difficult” for him. Will he be able to find his children soon?

Difficult times. Since the imprisonment of Cédric Jubillar last June, his lawyers have continued to deplore the conditions thereof. “His situation is comparable to that of Salah Abdelslam, the jihadist terrorist who participated in the attacks of November 13, 2015, committed in Paris.“, Jean-Baptiste Alary first explained before adding:Which seems terribly shocking and unbearable “. For her part, Emmanuelle Franck clarified that her client did not “always the right to no visiting room, even with Séverine”. Indeed, since the start of his detention, the father can only have contact with his three lawyers. Conditions of imprisonment that the lawyer had already mentioned last November. “He is locked up 23 hours a day in a 9m² cell “, she first explained before adding: “He can only go out for one hour a day, in a courtyard surrounded by barbed wire and which is 10 meters long”. Despite all these difficulties, the lawyers assured that Cédric Jubillar remains hopeful. “He has total confidence in justice and still hopes that magistrates will open their eyes“, they concluded. While he never ceases to proclaim his innocence, will the investigation, which is actively continuing, shed light on this affair?

Cédric Jubillar: will he soon regain his freedom?

This is the third since the two previous ones were rejected by the judges of the investigative chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal. This will be examined on January 11th. Will this new request allow the father of the family to regain his freedom? As a reminder, it remains presumed innocent of the facts which he is accused of.
