Cegedim: half-year growth of 12.5%


(AOF) – Cegedim records, in the first half of 2023, consolidated revenue of 301.0 million euros, up 12.5% ​​in published data compared to last year, and operating income of 9.3 million euros, up 6.8 million euros. The digital health specialist anticipates annual organic growth in its 2023 turnover of at least 10% compared to 2022, and current operating income which will trend upward, in particular with the first returns on investments carried out at Cegedim Santé and internationally.

The consolidated net loss stood at 5.6 million euros compared to 4.4 million euros in the first half of 2022. The group affirms that the charges are “mainly linked to the cost of debt, increasing by 1.5 million euros over the period.

Cegedim, in agreement with its lawyers, considers that it “still has solid arguments” to obtain the cancellation of the tax adjustment to which it is subject: it is preparing to refer this dispute to the administrative court, “likely to to extend over several more years. It “remains confident in its probable chances of success and has not made any provision in its accounts”.
