(Boursier.com) — Cerinnov announces that it has been informed during the preparation of the General Meeting of June 15, 2023 of the holding by Mr. Philippe Spruch of 1,262,735 Cerinnov shares, i.e. 28.1% of the capital and 21.4% of the rights of vote.
Mr. Philippe Spruch told the Company that he was acting alone, with no intention of acquiring control of Cerinnov Group, with the desire to support the Company in a long-term perspective.
The general management of Cerinnov Group has proposed that a member of the Spruch Family become a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, in order to benefit fully from their experience.
This appointment should soon be submitted to the votes of the shareholders at the General Meeting.
