The drugstore chain DM is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. The energy supply company EnBW uses this as an opportunity for the “Happy Charging Day”. On October 10th you can charge your electric car for free at one of the around 50 participating branches – provided you are an EnBW mobility+ customer with an existing charging contract and you charge your car within the opening hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

To take part in the campaign, all you have to do is go to one of the participating branches on October 10th and start charging at an EnBW charging station during the specified period. It doesn’t matter whether you charge via app or charging card. Fees will be displayed during the charging process, but they will be credited back to you afterwards. You can find out which branches are taking part here.

Please note that you can only start the charging process at 8 a.m. Anyone who starts it before 8 a.m. pays the full fees – even if charging is not completed until after 8 a.m. However, if you start the charging process before 8 p.m. and it is only completed after 8 p.m., you will still not be charged any fees, according to EnBW.
