Charles III is “very disappointed”… and it has nothing to do with Kate Middleton

Disappointment and frustration are the two feelings that inhabited the mind of Charles III this Tuesday, March 19. The monarch’s feelings have no connection with the health of Kate Middleton and the recent controversies which surrounded the official retouched photo of the princess. It was because of his own health and the cancer he was battling that King Charles III was forced to give way to his sister Princess Anne and his sister-in-law Sophie of Edinburgh during the 70th anniversary of the end of the Korean War. “I am delighted that so many of you will be able to attend today’s reception, a rather late gathering, I fear, to mark seventy years since the end of the Korean War “said Charles III in a message sent by Princess Anne.

“It was a personal ambition of mine to invite you all, in one way or another, to Buckingham Palace to recognize this important milestone and ensure that you will all be rightly honored for your valiant services ago over seventy years old”declared to those present the father of William and Harry in a message relayed by the Daily Mail. “So you can imagine how particularly disappointed and frustrated I am at not being able to join you in person… I can only hope that you will be well looked after in my absence and I am very grateful to the Princess Royal and the Duchess of Edinburgh for replacing me”added the 75-year-old man.

Camilla’s husband continued with a historical reminder highlighting how important this event was to him. “As you know only too well, some 60,000 British and 50,000 Commonwealth servicemen served in the Korean War, alongside our UN allies.”remembered Charles III. “Thanks to those of you present and those with whom you fought, the free people of the Republic of Korea continue to enjoy democratic freedom and have proudly preserved peace ever since.”, he concluded in the text read by Princess Anne. Rest assured, the latter represented him as it should be with Sophie from Edinburgh, and the welcome of the guests by the duo was perfect.
