Charwood Energy: Further progress in the execution of the roadmap for a total amount of 3 ME

(Boursier.com) — Charwood Energya French specialist in tailor-made solutions for energy recovery from biomass, announces the launch of the construction of the hygienization unit in Normandy and the biomass boiler room in Sarthe, whose contracts were announced last September.
At the same time, Charwood Energy signs a new order for the construction of a biomass boiler in Mayenne. These three projects represent a total amount of more than 3 million euros, the vast majority of which will be billable and deliverable in 2023.

Construction starts relate to the following two projects:
– The sanitation unit, coupled with a biomass boiler room for a biogas production site by methanation operated by a group of a municipality and 15 farms in Normandy;
– The biomass boiler room, coupled with a heating network, on behalf of a poultry farmer in Sarthe.

At the same time, Charwood Energy announces the signing of a contract for the construction of a biomass boiler on behalf of a large poultry farmer in Mayenne. Coupled with a heating network 1,043 meters long, this project with a power of 700 kW wood and 1,100 kW gas, will cover 8 buildings for a total area of ​​11,000 m(2). It will improve breeding conditions and animal welfare on the farm by providing dry heat that reduces building humidity, while replacing the use of fossil gas with local biomass.
