Cheyenne Ochsenknecht became a mother for the first time in March. On Instagram, she now reveals that the birth did not go very smoothly.

Cheyenne Ochsenknecht (20) has been in motherhood since the end of March 2021. However, the birth of their little daughter Mavie was anything but smooth. Her baby had to be born by caesarean section, “because Mavie was in breech position and the umbilical cord was around her neck twice,” writes the 20-year-old in an Instagram story. The doctors would have foreseen that: “We scheduled the caesarean section a week before ET because you could already see that the umbilical cord migrates towards the neck.”

She “collapsed twice”

In total, the birth took only 40 minutes. She hardly felt the contractions. For Ochsenknecht, despite the complications, it was “the most beautiful birth”: “I would do it again and again if I couldn’t have a natural birth.” The caesarean section then caused her severe discomfort. “Phew, the first few days were really amazing, I collapsed twice when I tried to get up,” explains the young mother. “But I was fine again relatively quickly and I was very fit when it was all over and we were at home.”

Everyday life with a child does not seem to be difficult for Ochsenknecht. Your daughter would “never” cry: “She only whines when she is hungry or tired.” Cheyenne Ochsenknecht announced her pregnancy in mid-November 2020. She now lives with the child’s father on a farm in Styria, Austria.

Cheyenne Ochsenknecht is the youngest of three children from the marriage (1993-2012) of author Natascha Ochsenknecht (56) and actor Uwe Ochsenknecht (65). The ex-couple’s second grandchild is also on the way. Actor and musician Jim Blue Ochsenknecht (29) and his girlfriend Yeliz Koc (27), known among others from “The Bachelor”, are currently expecting their first child.
