Chrissy Teigen and John Legend: The two US stars celebrate Joe Biden on the car roof

Joe Biden becomes the new US President. Chrissy Teigen and John Legend celebrated this in a car parade. Your fans are thrilled.

Since Saturday (November 7th) it has been confirmed that Joe Biden (77) will become the 46th President of the United States of America. Chrissy Teigen (34) and John Legend (41) were also happy with the US Democrat and future Vice President Kamala Harris (56, "The Truths We Hold: An American Journey"). The model and the musician even took part in a car parade – much to the delight of their partying fans.

"Best moment of my life"

"The best moment of my life (and the children?)", Commented the 34-year-old on the video of a Twitter user, that she reposted. She and her husband can be seen sitting on the roof of their car, people cheering and celebrating on the street around them. To several photos of himself and Legend that another user had taken and posted, wrote Teigen: "Everyone is so beautiful and so happy, I cry."

The celebrity couple headed for West Hollywood in their car after staying quiet in their Beverly Hills neighborhood after the historic moment. "I envy everyone who partys in the streets. Beverly Hills is quiet", Teigen had previously tweeted.

Chrissy Teigen slept through Joe Biden's victory speech

After her trip to the streets of California, the model was apparently too exhausted to be able to follow the victory speeches of the US President-elect Biden and the future Vice President. "I took a nap and missed the speeches," said Teigen in a tweet in the evening.

Together with her husband, she then sent a clear message to the current US President Donald Trump (74). In an Instagram video you can see the 34-year-old and the "All Of Me" singer bobbing their heads, while the song "FDT (Fuck Donald Trump)" by rappers YG (30) and Nipsey Hussle (1985- 2019). In her post, Teigen linked not only Trump himself but also numerous members of his family – including his daughter Ivanka Trump (39), her husband Jared Kushner (39) and his sons Eric (36) and Donald Trump Jr. (42).

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen had already spoken out in public for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris during the election campaign. The 41-year-old musician even appeared as a show act at the largely virtual party convention of the US Democrats last August.
