Christian Dior: Agache Commandité acquires 97.5% of the capital


(CercleFinance.com) – The Agache Commandité company declared to the AMF that it crossed directly upwards, on December 6, 2022, the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 1/ 3, 50%, 2/3, 90% and 95% of the capital and voting rights of Christian Dior and hold directly, together with the other members of the Arnault family group, 97.50% of the capital and 98.37% of the voting rights of this company.

The Arnault family group, which has not crossed any threshold, holds 175,997,947 Christian Dior shares representing 305,600,586 voting rights, or 97.50% of the capital and 98.37% of the voting rights of this company.

This crossing of thresholds results from a reorganization consisting of the transformation of the Agache company into a partnership limited by shares, with the appointment of Bernard Arnault as general partner manager of Agache SCA and the creation of a simplified joint stock company with variable capital (whose share capital is held equally by the five children of Mr. Bernard Arnault), Agache Commandité SAS, general partner of Agache SCA.
