Christian Quesada is and will remain in prison: justice has decided and his sentence is likely to be talked about

Christian Quesada, who has been imprisoned since September 26 in Perpignan for “breaches” of the obligations of his parole obtained in March 2021, was sentenced to a one-month prison sentence this Thursday, October 6. The decision was taken during a hearing before the sentencing judge, reported free lunch citing The Independent. In particular, he was accused of not having respected his obligation to work. As a reminder, he had been convicted of corruption of minors and possession of child pornography images.

The case dates back to 2019, when an underage girl filed a complaint against him, explaining that he had spoken on the internet with a boy pretending to be a minor and asking him to undress. Subsequently, hundreds of compromising images and videos of minors and children undergoing rape and sexual assault, which he exchanged with other Internet users, were found on his computers, reported to the era theAFP. If Christian Quesada had recognized the facts, he had all the same specified that he had never committed sexual assault.

On parole since 2021

Following these accusations, he was imprisoned in Bourg-en-Bresse and sentenced to three years in prison and socio-judicial follow-up for corruption of minors, possession and dissemination of child pornography images. A decision taken after a trial held behind closed doors on April 8, 2020, when several young women, between five and ten according to the city prosecutor’s office, had also filed a complaint against the TF1 star. He will have to wait until March 2021 before seeing a clearing and obtaining a parole.

Which then forced him to respect certain rules, such as having a medical follow-up and not associating with minors. He would therefore not have respected one of them, namely that of working, which therefore explains his presence in prison. As a reminder, he was already known to the police since he had already been convicted for the first time in 2002 for sexual exhibition and in 2009 for possession and consultation of child pornography images.
