The fourth part of the “Matrix” saga is due to appear in December. It has now been announced that Christina Ricci is part of the cast.
The cast of “Matrix 4” has another prominent addition: Several US media such as “Collider” now unanimously report, that “Addams Family” actress Christina Ricci (41) will star in the long-awaited action film. The information comes from a press kit put together by manufacturing company Warner Bros. How big Ricci’s role will be is not yet clear.
In addition to familiar faces such as Keanu Reeves (56), Carrie-Anne Moss (53) and Jada Pinkett Smith (49), there are also Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (34), Neil Patrick Harris (47), Jessica Henwick (28) and Jonathan Groff (36) on the ensemble of the upcoming blockbuster. Lana Wachowski (55) is again directing. “Matrix 4” should be released in December of this year. The production of the film was delayed by the corona pandemic.
