Several social aids, bonuses or pensions are paid at the start of the month to beneficiaries, but each organization has its own schedule. Not to mention that in December, there is also the Christmas bonus. Here is the recap from MoneyVox.
There are good transfers and bad transfers. Although this method of payment and money transfer is widely used, it is also the victim of a high number of fraud attempts. Social support
The Family Allowance Fund (Caf) pays aid to banking establishments on the 5th of each month…unless the 5th falls on a Saturday or Sunday. In December, this day falls on a Tuesday. It then takes three days before the amount is credited to the bank account provided with the organization, i.e. Friday, December 8.
CAF distributes housing assistance (Personalized Housing Assistance, Family Housing Assistance, Social Housing Assistance), financial and social assistance (Active Solidarity Income or RSA, allowance for adults with disabilities or AAH, the activity bonus), early childhood and childcare assistance (family allowances, family supplement, education allowance for disabled children, family support allowance, back-to-school allowance and alimony ) and birth assistance (PAJE and adoption bonus).
Christmas bonus (paid by CAF)
This help is exceptional in December! The 2023 Christmas bonus will be paid in mid-December to more than 2 million households. Like the aid above, the Christmas bonus is paid by the Family Allowance Fund (CAF) but also, depending on the case, by the Mutualit sociale agricole (MSA) or Ple emploi.
The amount of the Christmas bonus is fixed when paid by Ple emploi: 152.45 euros. A basic amount which increases depending on the composition of the household for RSA holders.

Can I have the Christmas bonus while I receive the CAF activity bonus and the APL?
Exceptional bonus for single-parent families
The National Assembly voted at the beginning of November for an exceptional allowance of 115,200 euros for precarious single-parent families, supplementing the 2023 Christmas bonus. 500,000 families are affected. This boost will be paid to beneficiaries in mid-December.
Retirement, scholarship and unemployment
Retirement side, the basic pension is traditionally paid on the 9th of each month. In December it should be Monday the 11th, because the 9th is a Saturday. For the complement of former private sector employees, Agirc-Arrcopayment will take place on Friday December 1st.
To receive unemployment benefits paid by Ple emploi, you must update your professional situation every month. The payment date of your income will depend on this approach. For the month of December for example, updating takes place from December 28 to January 15. The transfer of my monthly allowance is sent to my bank within an average time of 3 working days and no later than 5 working days, specifies Ple emploi.
Finally, the scholarships awarded to students, which are spread over 10 monthly payments, will be paid on Tuesday December 5 by Crous. As a reminder, simple student status does not allow you to receive the Christmas bonus.
