As the singer's fatal ceremony approached, none of Christophe's relatives had contacted Romain Vidal to communicate the place and date of the funeral. The forty-five-year-old man, who is currently fighting multiple sclerosis, then gave a violent rant on his Facebook account, directly accusing those close to his biological father: "They take me for an asshole concerning the funeral of my biological father. Michèle Torr, who has always supported her son in his fight, took the opportunity to say how proud her perseverance made her: "He gives me strength."
