(Boursier.com) — A renewed success: the CIC Forum by Market Solutions did not fail in its function of connecting issuers and investors for its 2023 edition, in an educational, constructive and ambitious atmosphere on the part of the participants . Nearly 140 issuers and 400 investors were able to exchange within a Cambon Capucines Pavilion with appreciated functionality.
Renaud Berenguier, secondary manager of CIC Market Solutions, wanted to: “thank the investors who have once again placed their trust in CIC MS, on a Forum which confirms its great success year after year, as well as the issuers who are loyal and also contribute to its inescapable character.”
European tone
A European tone asserted for several years was confirmed during this edition which brought together Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Swiss companies… An observation which is delighted by the one who directs the European network ESN (European Securities Network) of which the CIC has been a member for more than 20 years, Giorgio Zancan: “The contribution of our ESN network delights us. We bring together a unique multilocal team of analysts, salespeople and sales-traders on a European scale, market professionals financial institutions in contact with listed companies in different countries, to provide institutional clients with immediate support in their decisions on a broader scale than just their domestic spectrum.
But the diversity of issuers is not only geographical, as Giorgio Zancan also reminds us: “The interest of this forum lies in the number of different companies that investors can meet. Here we do not only find big names in the rating, but also many small and mid-caps capable of meeting specific investment needs of investors. Furthermore, one of the reasons for the success of the Forum lies in the fact that it is not just about Equity ‘, but that it also now offers a large place to the bondholder. This clearly contributes to broadening the fields of possibilities for investors but also for issuers.”
A more global approach
Diversification always and again to reinforce the success of the CIC Forum by Market Solutions, this is the wish of Renaud Berenguier who draws up the guidelines for the current evolution: “We try to pursue the more ‘global’ approach around our professions of the Bank, going beyond the primary and secondary ‘Market’ aspect.
