CINEMA: John Wick: Chapter 4, scenes in Paris, a big cast and a fight in the first trailer

John Wick: Chapter 4 suffered the full brunt of the health crisis, chaining the postponements due to the delay in its production. This, however, allowed Lionsgate Pictures to review its plans and announce the shooting of a John Wick: Chapter 5 following on from the previous one.

The fourth installment won’t see the light of day until next year, but it was good present at the San Diego Comic-Con with a very first teaser trailer. The script is still cloudy and the action scenes are already powerful, but we already find a good part of the cast. It will be composed by Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane, Rina Sawayama, Donnie Yen, Shamier Anderson, Bill Skarsgård, Scott Adkins, Marko Zaror, Lance Reddick, Hiroyuki Sanada and Clancy Brown, gathered around Keanu Reeves.

The trailer also offers an overview of the scenes shot in Paris, from the surroundings of the Palais de Tokyo to Place Charles de Gaulle. That’s all for now, but considering the time we have before seeing John Wick: Chapter 4 at the cinema, it’s already not bad: the film will be screened in the United States from March 24, 2023. Until then, the trilogy is available on Blu-ray from €24.90 on Amazon.co.uk.
