  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 15 g melted butter
  • a bit of milk

The steps of the recipe:

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
  2. Pour the applesauce into a salad bowl. Don’t throw away the compote jars and use them as a measuring cup for the next step.
  3. Add 4 pots of flour to the salad bowl. When it’s done, add half a sachet of baking powder. Using a spatula or by hand, knead the dough until you obtain a smooth ball. Cook’s tip: If the dough sticks, add a little flour to the salad bowl.
  4. Lightly flour your work surface and place your dough on it. Roll it out using a rolling pin. The goal is to obtain a large circle that is neither too thick nor too thin.

  6. Roll the dough on itself to form a large sausage.
  7. Cut out 5 cm pieces and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

  9. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
