Citizen Sleeper will be available in French from February 1

Available in English since May 5, 2022, Citizen Sleeper will finally have a French translation. From February 1, players will be able to (re)discover the interplanetary adventure in the language of Molière on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

A long-standing goal finally achieved for independent studio Jump Over the Age. Especially since Citizen Sleeper saw its characters born under the pencil strokes of the French designer Guillaume Singelin. The translation was carried out by Eric Holweck, Bérangère Holweck, Jonathan Pierre, Pierre Queljeu and Samantha Germaneau from RiotLoc. All five also worked on the translation of Baldur’s Gate 3.

For those who missed out on one of the most acclaimed games of 2022, Citizen Sleeper is a narrative RPG that takes place on the Eye of Erlin. A dilapidated space station where thousands of people are trying to survive. The player finds himself in the skin of a sleeper, a human consciousness digitized in an artificial body, belonging to an unscrupulous corporation. It is therefore not surprising that she seeks to recover her property by all means when he decides to rebel.

But the station is home to many characters from all walks of life. And they all have a common goal, to survive among the stars on the fringes of a capitalist society. Allies who could prove valuable, provided they also come to their aid. And thus hope to build a future together.
