The notice of meeting including the final agenda and the text of the resolutions presented to the General Meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) today, and is available on the Company’s website. The terms of participation and voting at this Meeting appear in the notice of meeting.
The attention of shareholders is drawn to the fact that the agenda and the draft resolutions published in the prior notice of meeting published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n°26 of February 28, 2024 are modified and supplemented in order to reflect certain adjustments decided by the Board of Directors at its meeting on March 14, 2024 as well as the addition or modification of certain resolutions following requests for registration of resolutions by certain shareholders.
