Clariane: real estate partnership of 140 million euros with Crédit Agricole Assurances – 12/15/2023 at 6:24 p.m.


(AOF) – Clariane announces today the signing of a real estate partnership with Crédit Agricole Assurances, its largest shareholder, for 140 million euros. The group of retirement homes emphasizes that this operation is part of the refinancing plan announced on November 14. This partnership concerns 19 French assets representing a gross asset value of 268 million euros, excluding duties. Crédit Agricole Assurances has subscribed to bonds issued by the real estate subsidiary of the group bringing together these assets (SPV) and repayable in shares of the SPV, over a period of 7 years.

The two groups are continuing their negotiations on a second real estate partnership, for an amount of 90 million euros relating to assets in the United Kingdom. The signing of this partnership should take place by the end of 2023.
