(AOF) – Clariane confirms that it is currently studying “different targeted disposal options” as part of its refinancing plan, as announced on November 14, 2023, “aimed at improving the generation of cash flow and controlling the level of debt. Responding to information from the media “L’Informé”, the group of retirement homes declares having held an information meeting with the members of its CSEC (Central Corporate Social and Economic Committee) on a possible sale of its Hospitalization activity to Home and Home Nursing Services (HAD and SSIAD).
Clariane declares that it now owns 8 specialized HAD reception centers and 3 SSIAD agencies in France, which employ 309 people (full-time equivalent). According to the group, this activity achieved a turnover of “slightly more than 46 million euros” in 2023.
Clariane indicates that it has not received, to date, “any firm offer to buy out this activity”.
