Claudelle Deckert has announced that she is going to be a grandmother for the first time. She still has to get used to the new title.
At the age of 49, the former “Unter Uns” star Claudelle Deckert becomes a grandmother for the first time. She reveals that in the new “Colorful” edition. Daughter Romy (25) only announced her engagement to partner Christian (29) at the beginning of June.
Due date is in the fall
The baby news seems to have surprised everyone, as the actress says: “It was completely unexpected – both for my daughter Romy and for me.” Now they would all be “hugely” looking forward to the offspring. The child is to be born in autumn.
Deckert still has to get used to the thought that she will become a grandmother at the age of 49: “I feel 20 years older when I hear the word grandma.” She admits: “The expression doesn’t sound as nice to me as it should.” But she consoles herself with the fact that Michelle Hunziker (46) received a grandchild even younger. “A Granny Who’s a Mega Grenade!”
Engagement in Mallorca
It wasn’t until June 4 that Claudelle had Deckert’s daughter her engagement on Instagram announced.
She wrote to her partner about the couple picture in Mallorca: “This year we will experience so much together and I am so grateful to do it with you by my side. I’m not perfect, but I will do my best for you.” The couple intends to marry before the baby is born.
New life in Amsterdam
Expectant grandmother Claudelle Deckert says: “I became a mother early. And my daughter Romy also thinks it’s wonderful to become a young mother.” Deckert’s husband Peter Olsson (61) is already a grandfather of two. On June 30, the couple will celebrate their second wedding anniversary. The two have been living in Amsterdam for some time. At the beginning of March, the actress announced her departure from the RTL series “Unter Uns” after 22 years.
