(Boursier.com) — The firm Sekri Valentin Zerrouk announces the promotion of Clémence Corpet to the position of Counsel within its M&A – Private Equity team. Clémence Corpet thus continues to progress at SVZ after joining the firm as an associate in 2017.
She works with managers, shareholders or investment funds on venture capital and investment capital operations as well as on acquisitions, disposals or restructurings. She recently intervened with:
-Whoz as part of its fundraising with PSG,
-Qima in connection with the acquisition of a minority stake by CDPQ (Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Quebec),
-And Amundi Private Equity Funds, Demeter, Sofimac Im and CPG in the purchase of the securities they held in Ideol by BW Offshore.
