Blue card tickets found

According to Techcrunch, Fisker had to recover the banking data of its customers, in order to be able to cash them retrospectively. In some cases, this data had expired, forcing Fisker to call back former customers to ask for their new payment information. Fisker’s sales teams reportedly spent a lot of time on this issue, instead of focusing on new purchases, and therefore the survival of the company.

“The checks were not cashed on time” a Fisker employee tells Techcrunch. This explains why Fisker is delaying publishing its financial results for the year 2023.

Once suspected of being the new Tesla, Fisker has transformed into an example of mismanagement. Its models are still attractive, but the company does not have the financial resources to assume its ambitions. Fisker hoped to be taken over by Nissan, but the transaction did not go through. As it stands, and despite the delivery of the first cars, Fisker’s near future seems very compromised.
