MONTREAL, May 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CN (TSX: CNR) (NYSE: CNI) announced that the new Chair of the Board of Directors and the director nominees proposed in the Management Proxy Circular of April 5, 2022 were elected directors of CN. The detailed results of the vote are shown below.
Shauneen Bruder was unanimously elected Chair of the Board by the directors. Mme Bruder, was, until her retirement on October 31, 2019, Senior Vice President, Operations of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) where she was responsible for activities associated with all personal and commercial services in Canada . She has served on CN’s Board since 2017.
