(CercleFinance.com) – In line with the extension of the conciliation procedures obtained on September 20 at the level of the Casino group, Cnova announces the extension of the conciliation procedure opened on May 25 at the level of Cdiscount.
The President of the Paris Commercial Court has in fact extended for an additional month the conciliation procedures opened for the benefit of Cdiscount, Maas, C-Shield, C-Technology, C-logistics, Carya and CLR, i.e. until ‘to October 25.
Furthermore, on September 20, Casino posted online a presentation relating to the update of the group’s 2024-2028 business plan, a plan which retains a rule of prudence with regard to Cnova’s own business plan.
