(AOF) – Cnova appointed Steven Geers as executive director following Arnaud Strasser’s resignation from his non-executive director position on the same date. Steven Geers has been appointed for a term which will end at the next general meeting of shareholders. He will continue to occupy his position as legal director of the French leader in e-commerce. Following these changes, the board of directors of Cnova will include 2 executive directors and 7 non-executive directors.
