(CercleFinance.com) – Cnova announces the modification of its board of directors, following the finalization of the transaction of the acquisition by Casino à GPA of CBD Luxembourg Holding, an operation bringing Casino’s participation in the online commerce company at 98.8%.
Eleazar de Carvalho, vice-president and non-executive director of Cnova, as well as Guillaume Michaloux and Christophe Hidalgo, non-executive directors, have resigned from their positions as directors.
As a reminder, the acquisition by Casino of CBD Luxembourg Holding makes it possible in particular to simplify the holding structure of Cnova and to separate the stakes held by CGP in GPA and in Cnova.
