(CercleFinance.com) – CNP Assurances announced today that Laurence Mitrovic had joined CNP Assurances at the start of the year as Group Legal Director.
Attached to the general secretariat, the legal department brings together 70 employees working in Corporate / M & A, business law, insurance law & taxation. The medical insurance service, the relationship with the prudential control and resolution authority (ACPR) and the documentation service are also attached to it.
Born 58 years ago, Laurence Mitrovic has worked for over 16 years as an advisor on Corporate / M & A transactions, public offerings, initial public offerings (IPO), financing and international arbitration.
In 2010, she joined the Aviva France group where she held the positions of Legal Director for Europe and Group Legal Director.
