(CercleFinance.com) – CNP Assurances and Allianz France announce that they have finalized a transfer of savings contracts from Allianz France to CNP Assurances.
The transfer includes more than 20,000 life insurance and savings capitalization contracts for a total outstandings of 2.1 billion euros.
‘Initiated within the framework of the merger of the La Banque Postale group and CNP Assurances, this transfer confirms the position of CNP Assurances as the group’s sole insurer,’ indicates the management.
