In 2017, in Dubai, four European drug traffickers join forces to import tons of drugs on the Old Continent.

Dn the “bling-bling” decor of the Burj-Al-Arab, Dubai’s famous seven-star hotel in the shape of a sailboat, four men come together in 2017 to form one of the most powerful criminal organizations on the planet. A cocaine “supercartel” is founded, capable of importing tens of tons of drugs from South America to European ports, and which would hold a third of this colossal market.

Around the table are four of Europe’s biggest ‘narcos’, each at the head of sprawling transnational organisations. There is the Dutchman of Moroccan origin Ridouan Taghi, the Italian from the Camorra Raffaele Imperiale and the Bosnian Edin Gacanin, alias Tito.
