Coface, the biggest drop in the SRD market at the close of Thursday, January 6, 2022 –

The title of the credit insurer fell due to the sale of the balance of Natixis’ stake. It thus came closer to the price at which this transaction was carried out. The bank announced the successful sale of 15.078 million Coface SA shares, representing 10.04% of the share capital, at a price of 11.55 euros per share, i.e. a total amount of 174.152 million euros, in the as part of an accelerated placement with institutional investors. This operation significantly increases Coface’s free float. Following this transaction, Natixis no longer owns any stake in Coface.
