COHERIS announces the sale of a non-strategic business
COHERIS, leading French publisher of CRM (customer relationship management and intelligence) and Data Analytics (analytics and artificial intelligence, performance management and predictive applications),
announces the sale of a non-strategic business, because it is not associated with its core business, CRM.
Linked to a solution, TCLog, running on old technologies (Cobol, CICS, VSAM, etc.), this asset is sold to the software publisher Metrixware, which has the specific skills to maintain the perimeters still deployed at customers’ premises and offer future improvements.
In 2023, the business generated a turnover of €170,000. It will be deconsolidated from COHERIS accounts from December 13, 2023.
