A man was taken into custody on Monday, April 4, suspected of having posed as a teenager on social networks to trap underage girls.
According to a source familiar with the matter at CNEWS, the individual used his Snapchat account to chat with the teenage girls and push them to send him photos of themselves naked.
He is also suspected of having tried to bring them to his apartment to attack them.
This individual was presented this Wednesday to a Colmar magistrate in connection with this case.
In total, four acts of rape of minors are accused of him to date, while he has already been prosecuted for similar acts.
Indeed, he had been arrested in 2018 and placed in detention before being released while the investigations continue.
