A 36-year-old man living in Colomiers in Haute-Garonne attacked his ex-wife on Tuesday morning. According to information from Europe 1, the victim, who came to collect her son’s belongings from the suspect’s home, received stab wounds to the legs and ribs. The attacker was taken into custody.

The latter, who came to collect her son’s belongings from her former husband’s home, received several stab wounds to the ribs and legs.
Taken to hospital
In critical condition, the victim was transported to hospital where he underwent extensive treatment. According to information from Europe 1 collected from the Toulouse public prosecutor’s office, she finally left the emergency room with six days of total incapacity for work. The suspect, already known for domestic violence in June 2023 against this same woman, was arrested and placed in police custody. An investigation into attempted murder by an ex-spouse was opened by the prosecution.
