PREPARATORY DOCUMENTS
Company shareholders are invited to attend the Combined General Meeting to be held on:

The notice of meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of April 11, 2022 (Bulletin n°43) and contains the agenda and the draft text of the resolutions which will be submitted to the vote of the shareholders at the this Assembly.
Bearer shareholders must send a request to their financial intermediary in order to obtain proxy and postal voting forms. Registered shareholders will receive them directly with their convocation.
Information relating to this Meeting can be viewed on SCOR’s website at the following address: www.scor.com/fr/general-meetings.
The documents provided for in Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code are available, as of today, on the Company’s website at www.scor.com under the heading “Investors / General Meetings / Information and documents relating to the 2022 Meeting” or on simple request from the Investor Relations department ([email protected]).
The documents provided for in Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code will also be made available to shareholders from the time the Meeting is called, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions:
any registered shareholder may, up to one-fifth (5
th
) day inclusively before the Meeting, ask the Company to send him these documents. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of participation in the bearer share accounts held by the authorized intermediary;any shareholder may consult it at the registered office of the Company for a period of fifteen (15) days preceding the date of the Meeting.
