Commerzbank is down: Customers have to prepare for two online problems

After Deutsche Kreditbank customers were hit at the end of last week, Commerzbank customers have to be prepared for restrictions on Monday afternoon. Since around 12:00 noon, we have been receiving increasing reports of problems with the bank’s online services.

Accordingly, many customers are currently having difficulty logging in and are unable to carry out online banking. You should therefore only make payments online again when the situation has calmed down. At least we were able to recreate the login problems in our editorial team. When we try to log in we get a “technical error”.
