By letter dated August 8, 2022, Caisse des dépôts et consignations – CDC (56, rue de Lille, 75007 Paris) informed the Autorité des marchés financiers, pursuant to Article 234-5 of the general regulations, that it held, as of August 8, 2022, 21,268,340 COMPAGNIE DES ALPES shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 42.16% of the capital and voting rights of this company1.
This change results from the acquisition of COMPAGNIE DES ALPES shares on the market as part of a discretionary management mandate.
It is specified that the evolution of CDC’s stake in COMPAGNIE DES ALPES is as follows:
