Lenovo has presented the third generation of its Razr remake. The flip phone has significantly better features than its predecessors and the price is also lower. In some areas, the phone is even superior to the Galaxy Z Flip 4 from Samsung.
Moto Razr 2022: New folding phone presented
With the Moto Razr 2022, Lenovo has another Re-release of his cult classic presents. Unlike the predecessors, the equipment should now also be right. It starts with the foldable main display, which has a much larger diagonal of 6.7 inches and has a refresh rate of fast 144 Hz – not even the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 offers that. At 2.7 inches, the outer display of the folding cell phone is also larger than that of the direct competition.
He takes care of the performance Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 from Qualcomm, which, depending on the variant, is supported by 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128, 256 or 512 GB of fixed memory. Android 12 with the MYUI 4.0 overlay is preinstalled. 5G is included, as is the Wi-Fi 6E standard (source: Lenovo).
The battery is safe at 3,500 mAh not very big, which is probably due to the special design of the cell phone. The battery can be recharged with 33 watts via USB-C. Wireless charging is not supported.
photos are with up to 50MP possible, optical image stabilization is included. There is also a 13 MP wide angle and a 32 MP selfie camera. However, the better main camera can also be used for selfies.

The new Moto Razr is only available in China at launch. Whether it will also be offered outside of the country in the future has not yet been announced. In China, there is the flip phone from the equivalent of 860 euros. The best-equipped variant costs just under 1,050 euros.
