Elton John only ended his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour, which had been going on since 2018, at the beginning of July. The more than 300 concerts on his farewell tour started in September 2018 and had dragged on for years due to the corona pandemic and personal illnesses.

Fans of the Brit will probably no longer experience exhausting, extended tours. “Tours are now exhausting for me and take me away from my family and my children”, he explained to the “Daily Mail”.

Now the singer wants to spend more time with husband David Furnish (60) and their two sons Zachary (12) and Elijah (10). So far, the family has enjoyed the summer in France. Most recently, John is said to have had dinner with actor and Oscar winner Kevin Spacey (64) in Nice. Spacey was acquitted of all charges in a criminal trial in London at the end of July.
