The film “Contra”, which starts streaming today on Wow and Sky, deals with prejudices and stereotypes in a revealing way. Christoph Maria Herbst is well cast in the role of the xenophobic university professor Richard Pohl. Nilam Farooq’s role as law student Naima Hadid is the victim in more ways than one. Because not only does she have to be insulted, it is also the last chance for the professor to keep his job.
