Core Keeper: Sunken Sea shows itself more and shares its release date

Three months after its arrival in Early Access on Steam, Core Keeper will already receive a major update. This allows the introduction of a new biome, Sunken Sea, and a plethora of resources specific to this environment, but also a new boss to beat. We will also find four new enemies.

But these are not the only things in terms of novelties, since players will be able to take advantage of a multitude of small features, such as portals to travel faster, automatic sprinklers or the possibility of customizing its appearance. On the pure gameplay side, new objects can be crafted, just like weapons, while plants never seen before can be harvested.

As for the biome, we have a nice overview thanks to this trailer, and Sunken Sea will offer us a seemingly much more peaceful environment, with even a few palm trees, but the danger will be present. It will also be possible to travel in these waters by boat.

When is the Sunken Sea update coming to Core Keeper?

The release of this update is scheduled for Wednesday, June 15. All the details will be known at that time, through the patch notes. In the meantime, you can watch the trailer to see what awaits you.
