Coromon: Will progress from the demo carry over to the full game?

With a Pixel-Art style artistic direction, which is reminiscent of certain titles, such as Stardew Valley or Graveyard Keeper, the gameplay of coromone on the other hand, resembles that of games stamped Pokémon. Next monster catching game, the title of TRAGsoft, is currently available in demo version on the Steam platform. On this subject, players are wondering if their save files can be transferred to version 1.0 of the software?

The answer was given via the game’s Twitter account: the developers have actually found a way to make it possible to transfer save(s) from the demo version of the game to the final build. This should include progress in the main quest and all items collected. Thus, PC players, having browsed the Coromon demo, will be able to pick up where they left off, if they obtain the game according to its final version.

However, another question persists. The demo is currently only available on PC but the game is still planned for the latest Nintendo console. Players then wonder if it will be possible to transfer their Steam saves to the Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, at this time, the developers have not communicated about a possible transfer of save(s) between two different ecosystems.

As a reminder, Coromon is due out on March 31 on PC (via Steam), MacOs, smartphones (iOS and Android) but also on Nintendo Switch.
