According to a source, the Windsors “expect” Harry and Meghan attend the coronation of King Charles III. “I have been told by family members that Harry and Meghan will definitely come. They fully expect it. And they should realize that there is only one subject which many members of the royal family will be ready to chat…and that’s the weather.” Invitations to the coronation event should be sent promptly. This will thus be the time for the royal experts to find out if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be present.
Coronation Day coincides with the birthday of Harry and Meghan’s son Archie, who is due to be four. Government officials are said to have made contingency plans in case Harry decides to attend the ceremony alone. “From what I know of Harry and Meghan, they will both want to spend time with their son on his birthday.” Additionally, some sources close to the Royal Family insist the Windsors are worried about the Duke’s behaviour. “Harry has revealed details of private conversations so everyone gets nervous. If the couple attends the coronation, they will not officially be part of the ceremony. They will also not be invited to join the rest of the family on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. With only 2,000 seats available, MPs and the House of Lords will be invited to take part in a ballot to see who will receive a ticket. The ceremony promises to be grand.
