Coronavirus in France: the results of this Monday 24

CONTAMINATIONS

This Monday, January 24, 108,481 contaminations were recorded in 24 hours.

HOSPITALIZATIONS

In the hospital, the number of Covid patients was 29,748 this Sunday, against 28,838 yesterday Saturday. 2,753 new patients have been admitted in the past 24 hours.

Critical care services had 3,776 Covid-19 patients this Sunday (with 289 new entries), compared to 3,746 on Sunday.

DEATHS

In 24 hours, 240 people succumbed to Covid-19 in hospital, bringing the total death toll to 129,022 (hospitals and nursing homes included) since the start of the epidemic.

THE VACCINATION

While the vaccination pass came into effect on Monday, 53,813,666 people received at least one injection (i.e. 79.8% of the total population) and 52,479,166 people have a complete vaccination schedule (77.8% of the total population). In addition, 33,830,125 people received a booster dose.
