Cosori is not at his first attempt. The manufacturer is supplying its catalog with a new XXL oil-free fryer. Featuring ThermoIQ 360 technology, the Dual Blaze is said to be able to control the temperature to evenly cook food.
Cosori, cooking specialist, announces the release of a new oil-free fryer. The Dual Blaze is a large format model with a 6.4 liter tank, enough capacity to cook a 2.5 kg chicken or 680 g of fries.
To prevent food from undercooking in certain areas of the tank, Cosori equips its oil-free fryer with ThermoIQ 360 technology. cooking class. This technology also involves automatic heat control, in order to obtain an even temperature. According to the manufacturer, the ThermoIQ 360 would therefore be able to fry or roast, for example, with 85% less oil.
But the user can expect to cook much more than just chicken and fries. The device offers 12 cooking programs, such as those for grilling, roasting, reheating, keeping warm or even cooking vegetables and seafood. The temperature range extends from 80°C to 205°C and can be set manually, independent of the programs. All these commands are adjustable via touch keys and a digital display. And for those lacking inspiration, Cosori provides a book of 30 recipes and an app full of them. Indeed, VeSync offers more than 100 recipes, but also has several features.
Via this app, the user can also control the fryer remotely. It is therefore possible to choose the cooking mode and start a timer of up to 60 minutes. Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are additionally capable of launching the device remotely.
Finally, holders of a dishwasher will be able to do without the cleaning chore, the basket and the grid being precisely compatible.
